Our home is over 800 sq. feet with two bedrooms and One bath on a 1/3 acre lot. The master bedroom has a new queen size bed with with dresser and end table. In addition there is twin bed in small skier bunk room. Plus a full size funton in living room and day bed with pull out trundle bed in family room area.
