Property Information

Lovely walk-out onto the safe clean secluded beach.    Deluxe King bed, set of twin beds, and crib.  Fully furnished lower level of home with owners on site on the top floor.  Brick floor palapa (gazebo) with grass roof to take advantage of cool sea breezes.  The water is warm, the margaritas are cold.  What more can you want? Huge windows in every room and 8 ft wide patio doors...so you never miss the dolphins, who are frequent visitors.  Kitchen has mircowave, range, refrigerator and all the dishes, pots & pans, blender, silverware, glasswear, etc.  Also provided are beach chairs, lawn chairs, picnic table and benches under the palapa, grill.  Linen service (bedding, bath towels, paper products, and drinking water) can be included for a minimal cost.

The home is very private with closest neighbors in their 80's (who are very seldom here).  The beach is clean and safe for children who enjoy exploring the tide pools for all kinds of harmless little creatures.  Sea shells are various and abundant.

Owners are on site if there are any problems or questions that guests have.  Better than using a rental service that only has certain hours and most are not too good at solving problems for renters.  We have lived here for 8 years and know where to go for entertainment, where the locals eat, and the best places to buy fresh shrimp, fish and goods.  Fruits and vegetables are fresh, abundant and 'almost free.'

We 'might' consider greatly reduced rent for retired couple in good heath to help around the property with minor repairs, maintenance and cleaning (about 15 hours per week) if willing to rent on either seasonal or annual basis.

We offer linen service for $15 per person per week...includes bedding, bath & beach towels, paper products, drinking water, ++

Rates may be slightly higher on holidays.

Deposit of $300 with $40 to $100 withheld for cleaning.  We seldom accept pets, but when we do the deposit is higher...ask about. 

We may discount rates for returning frequent guests. 

Address Information

We are located 215 miles SW of Phoenix in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, 15 miles from the city of Puerto Penasco (aka Rocky Point) in Sonora, Mexico.  It's just 62 miles S. of the Lukeville, AZ (United States/Mexico) border.  Rocky Point is known as being Arizona's "beach."  We are also one mile from the luxurious and famous Mayan Palace Resort where our guests may use all resort facilities with our membership.  Free use of the  indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, adult and childrens's activities, and their beach too.  Highly discounted golf is offered on the beautiful Jack Nicklaus Signature course, and our  guests may also use the resort's restaurants as well. 

Amenities Information

We are one of the few places on the beach that offer TV.  We have DirectTV with over 200 channels, VCR/DVD player.  All resort activities are nearby.  Fishing is available from the beach and no license is required.  HUGE windows are one of the main attractions.  Property is VERY clean.  WiFi
