You will be treated to incredible views of Lake Tahoe throughout the home!!

Our home is lavishly equipped overall with washer and dryer, bathroom with tub/shower combination. 2 Queen size beds (white goose down comforter) and full size sofa bed. There is a second TV in the upper bdrm . DSL added and wifi was available.

The kitchen is a full kitchen with all appliances ,dishwasher and plenty of counter space for mixing and fixing. There is a small desk with answering machine for messages. There is both gas heat and a glass front wood burning stove for cozy or romantic evenings.

The living room has a large Lshaped sofa that also converts to a full sized sofa bed if needed.

The deck facing and overlooking the Lake has deck chairs, gas BBQ, and table.

The upper bedroom also offers panoramic views of sunset or sunrise over Lake Tahoe. There is a second TV in the upper bdrm . The unit has a washer /dryer .

The special appeal of the Sunset Chalet is the stunning Lake Views throughout the home. They literally invite you to just sit back, relax and gaze out the windows.

The deck facing and overlooking the Lake has gas BBQ, chairs, , table and weather permitting will be enjoyed as you soak up the sun and fresh air while the stunning views of Lake Tahoe arrest you. The views inside and out are just magnificent.

The Sunset Chalet is customized for comfort and offers many extras. White goose down comforters for a very cozy nights sleep. Automatic entry lights help with late arrivals.

The Sunset Chalet in North Lake Tahoe is located 1/2 mile to Nevada state line restaurants and casinos and 6 miles to Nortstar Ski area.

We have just altered our no pet policy to permit a small well behaved, house broken member of your family with a $10/day surcharge. However, it is important to please inform us if you want to bring along your pet.

Please note: ( In 2003 we purchased a brand new THREE bedroom , 2 bath home nearby if you wish to accommodate a larger party or the Sunset Chalet is already reserved. )

Our Tahoe Retreat - Lovely 'Old Tahoe' style cabin, wonderfully restored and completely upgraded. Two bedroom with loft sleeps six, (three couples) comfortably.  Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and all linens provided. Kitchen and bath areas are new ceramic, with in-floor heat. Located on four wooded lots on the beautiful North shore, just three minutes from the Nevada State line and casinos. Two short blocks to the fabulous Kings Beach State Park and waterfront.  Activities include hiking, mini golf, mountain biking, roller blading, shopping, jet-skis, boating, para-sailing, dining, fishing and swimming.  Home features include wi-fi internet access, off-street parking, private 6 person HOT TUB, cable, DVD, two TV’s (one flat screen plasma), front and rear decks, gas BBQ, gas log fireplace and cleaning service. Get out of the heat and up to Tahoe!!!

Sleeping Arrangements - Full beds in each bedroom and a queen air bed allow room for three couples.  Pull out couches, up and down are recommended for children only.

We accept credit cards via PayPal/Google for payment.  Payment secures the reservation, first come first served.  Taxes are 10% of the rent and there is an $85 cleaning fee, ($115 for pets).  Refundable deposit of $250, ($300 for pets), returned within 30 days of acceptable check-out via PayPal. 

Beautiful, brand new (May 2003) sunbathed 3 bedroom, 2 bath  home surrounded by Tahoe's lofty pines. 

 Although only a short walking distance to Lake Tahoe beaches, Theater, restaurants, mini golf, shopping,and bike rentals, you are privately surrounded by nature's wonderland.

 This lovely home has very easy access all year round. Located on large, sunny corner lot with views of trees from all windows. Two decks for outside enjoyment, hot tub and BBQ.

 Fullly equipped kitchen, 4 TV/s (one in each bedroom), 6 telephones (kitchen, each bedroom. office area) stereo's, DVD's, VCR's, piano, gas fireplace,  washer and dryer, garage, office desk with answering machine and extra phone outlets.

 As a year round vacation destination, Lake Tahoe always has a multitude of attractions.

 Golf, fine dining, fishing, skiing, snow boarding, hiking, biking, casinos, theaters, entertainment, boating, photography, or just renewing yourself in Nature's Wonderland.
