When you first enter this Marin Vacation Home, you will find yourself surrounded by an expansive living space that opens out to a big backyard with fenced swimming pool. A perfect house for a large family or two families traveling together, there is ample space to relax and entertain.

The house is located in an excellent neighborhood in Domingo Canyon, Novato, with rolling hills all around and lots of biking and walking trails. The house is within walking distance to Hoog Park, which has playground structure for children. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, with a family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy direct access onto Domingo Canyon Open Space Ridge that provides great views of the surrounding hills, Bel Marin Keys, Petaluma River and the bay.

Enjoy the surrounding nature while still being centrally located in beautiful Marin County. Marin is a large, forested region adjacent to the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco to the South, and Napa and Sonoma Counties (aka “Wine Country”) to the East; arrive at these top tourist destinations by car in just a 30-40 minute drive.

Available year round and fully furnished with all the amenities one expects when traveling, this home is located conveniently close to Wine Country (30 minutes), West Marin (20 minutes), Muir Woods (30 minutes), Stinson Beach (40 minutes), San Francisco (35 minutes) and Infineon raceway is only 10 minutes away; Host to NASCAR Winston Cup, NHRA, Superbike, and American LeMans series races

Living space includes a large living room and formal dining room, family room, office, 3 full baths, 6 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, swimming pool, patio and garage.

The 6 bedrooms sleep 12 comfortably. The master bedroom has a King bed, three other bedrooms have Queen beds, and two have two singles each. The only downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and is ideal for sleepers who prefer to stay on the ground floor. All bedrooms are private and spacious. The master bedroom is extra large and has its own bathroom with two sinks. The second upstairs bath also has two sinks, and the downstairs bath has one sink.

Furnished with guests in mind who are looking for a retreat with friends, family or co-workers, there is ample seating and elegant living space in which to make the perfect get-a-way.
This neighborhood is close to all that Marin has to offer, with easy accessibility to the Bay Area and all the different towns in Marin County. It takes just 2 minutes to get to the all important Hwy 101, yet you are in a quiet neighborhood that feels remote.

Your Marin Vacation Home is available Year Round. Holiday Rates Apply. A refundable deposit of $500 is required upon booking plus a one time cleaning fee of $250 (US Dollar).

Large gatherings are easy to execute at this home - however, we request that all gatherings be limited to 20 people, during daytime only, out of respect for the neighborhood.
