This part has the back yard with patio, table chairs and umbrella and a new 4 burner stainless steel BBQ. This back part of the home rents for **$1,800 per week Summer,($300/night) ** $900 per week Winter, ($150/night)**$2,000 per month Long Term Winter.
If you want to rent the entire house (5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 full kitchens) for a large family gathering, reunion, club meeting, wedding, etc the whole house rents for $3,300 per week Summer,($525/night) **$1,650 per week Winter, ($320/night)**$3,300 per month Long Term Winter.
Both kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals including utensils, cooking equipment, coffee, sugar, spices, microwaves, coffeepots, toasters, etc. Bed and bath linens are also provided. Beach towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc are also here. We also have a “port-a-crib”, 2 strollers, 2 car seats, and 2 booster seats available.
The home is beautifully decorated in the traditional style with blues, greens, reds and browns. This home is large to accommodate a wedding party, reunion, or church group. A quiet beach getaway.
