The Guest Suite

The apt. suite (900 sf or 81 sq. meters) (1 bedroom, 1 bath) (sleeps 1-4 people MAX.) has its own private entrance, has a sunny, southern exposure and view of the surrounding streetscape. It has a bedroom with a queen bed, a large living room with a double futon, color TV, dining area with a table for six, and a sleeping alcove with a single bed. The full service kitchen has a refrigerator, gas range, microwave and coffee maker for meals. The private bathroom has a shower over tub. It is in a small apt. building and is very quiet and private. It can sleep up to four (4) people. All linens and towels are provided; not daily maid service. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building.

POLICY 

1. No smoking or pets are allowed on the premises
2. Minimum of two (2) nights; Minimum of three (3) nights for holiday weekends.
3. An additional cleaning fee of up to 10% or $50 per stay.
4. $250 security deposit, via credit card required.
5. 50% of rent due when reservations are made and balance of rent due 30 days before arrival at the guest unit via checks, or money order. We also accept Credit Card payments via Paypal, but are subjected to an additional 3.5% processing fee.

Cancellation Policy 

• 30 days’ advance written notice or $150.00 fee if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date.
• No refunds for shortened stays, early departures, or last minute cancellations.
