The Guest Suite
The apt. suite (900 sf or 81 sq. meters) (1 bedroom, 1 bath) (sleeps 1-4 people MAX.) has its own private entrance, has a sunny, southern exposure and view of the surrounding streetscape. It has a bedroom with a queen bed, a large living room with a double futon, color TV, dining area with a table for six, and a sleeping alcove with a single bed. The full service kitchen has a refrigerator, gas range, microwave and coffee maker for meals. The private bathroom has a shower over tub. It is in a small apt. building and is very quiet and private. It can sleep up to four (4) people. All linens and towels are provided; not daily maid service. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building.

The Richmond (NW San Francisco, near Geary Blvd. & 20th Avenue)
The Anza Suite is located in the northwestern part of San Francisco, known as the Richmond District, near the Geary Blvd. /20th Avenue corridor. (http://www.sfgate.com/neighborhoods/sf/outerrichmond). It is well served by the MUNI’s 31 and 38 (local and express) bus lines to the Union Square and Downtown shopping centers, BART and other central areas of San Francisco; 20-30 minutes by public buses or 10-15 minutes by car / taxis to: the Castro / SOMA area, ATT Baseball Park, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Chinatown, MOMA / Moscone Center, Ocean Beach and beyond.
It is home to the Golden Gate Park, the deYoung Museum, the California Academy of Sciences, the Presidio National Park, Baker Beach, Fort Point, Golden Gate Bridge, New Chinatown, and Legion of Honor Museum and Lincoln Golf Course (10-15 minutes of walking)
