Layout Description:
Upon entering, step into an expansive living space that opens out to large decks and marvelous local views that sweep over Marin open space, the San Francisco Bay, out to the Napa Valley Mountains.
The home's Main Great Room features a high-hung brass chandelier, beautiful moss blue granite fireplace and ample seating that takes on the views. The great room is adjacent to both the formal area and gourmet kitchen, all which open to large decks, and sweeping views.
The Gourmet Kitchen is a chef’s dream and very spacious for large groups. Featuring an “American Style” open kitchen with plenty of granite counter space and seating. Ad the luxury of a large center island, top modern appliances like a 28 bottle Wine Cooler, large Gas Range, plus the convenience of a huge 48” built-in Monogram refrigerator and your ready to entertain! Additionally, a 2 Weber grills are easily accessible right outside the kitchen, where additional patio seating, waterfall feature, and private lawn area make the gathering scene complete!
Formal Dining area is easily attainable from the open style, gourmet Kitchen. This formal dining area seats 12-14 comfortably when the table’s leaves are extended out. The homes views are easily appreciated from this formal space, which is made fun by the adjacent grand great room, elegant kitchen area, and plenty of adjacent seating.
Bonus “Loft” (7th bedroom) shares the upper floor with the Master Suite, but is completely separate. This large Loft features 2 white leather futon sofas that can be made flat for sleeping (sheets provided upon request). Enjoy great views and an open atmosphere that intermingles easily with the Great Room & Kitchen below. Loft area also provides maps, games, books, movies, CD/Stereo player and large TV.

The entrance Patio, which is fully fenced, has large upper lawn, and sunny patio area that seats 6. Also, on this main level, is a large Main deck (no stairs) off of Common areas, that seats 14 with ease. Incredible panoramic Views to be enjoyed throughout! Additionally, a large lower deck has patio table seating for 10. Master balcony offers seating for 2.
