As you enter the house to the open living room & dining area, your attention is drawn out the French doors to the pool and deck area surrounded by tropical plantings. Inside the high ceilings, crown moldings and wainscotting make the home inviting. A beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops will make any cook want to stay home, rather than dining out at any of our incredible Key West restaurants nearby.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with bath ensuites. The master bedroom has a queen bed and double closets. The second bedroom is a large room with two twin beds. Each bath has a double vanity to give a "master feel" to both. The stacking washer/dryer is also on the second floor.

There are tile floors downstairs and hardwood upstairs. There is one off street parking. Hi speed internet provided.

Located just across the street from Key West's historic city cemetery, truly a tourist attraction in our town, the Oliva cottage has the best of everything. Amenities include driveway parking, central air conditioning and heat, fully equipped kitchen with built-in, eat-in banquette, two bedrooms with bathrooms in suite, each with French doors opening directly to the pool area. A lofted additional sleeping space overlooks the front living room. Outdoor living is the premium here with a large outdoor living and dining area with plenty of comfortable chairs and lounges to enjoy along side a long, lovely pool and in-deck spa.
