The Alohahouse Property consists of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront Dolphin Bay Home and the 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Sunrise Cottage. These Big Island Hawaii vacation rentals can be rented out together if available or separately depending on your vacation needs. This spectacularly oceanfront property is located just 20 minutes south of Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in a quiet, coastal community, Hawaiian Paradise Park, on one of the loveliest bays in East Hawaii where you can walk for miles and see nothing but pritine coastline and lush forests. Here you will experience breathtaking sunrises, cascading rainbows, beautiful lava formations, dolphin and whale watching, all from the comfort of your Alohahouse. The closest towns are Keaau and Pahoa for groceries, gas, and restuarants. This is a great spot to set up base for your Big Island adventure because there is nothing better than coming back to your Hawaii oceanfront vacation rental home away from home after spending a day of exploring - whether it be hiking Volcano National Park, snorkeling at the Kapoho tide pools, surfing at Pohoiki, soaking at the Ahalanui Hot Pond, or visitng wonderful Hilo town!
Rate Summary
ALOHAHOUSE RATES:
$135/night for two guests
Add $10/night for each extra guest with a maximum of 6. Add 13.42% HI state tax, $85-$110 non-refundable cleaning fee, and $300 refundable security deposit. Weekly rates reduced.
Sunrise cottage is currently long-term rented.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one king, one queen, one double and one twin.
Christmas and New Years rates slightly higher. Seasonal rates do fluctuate.

This is a great spot to see all that the East side of the Big Island has to offer. You are a short drive to Volcano National Park, Kapoho tide pools, Kehena Black Sand Beach, Lava Tree State Park, Waipio Valley, olympic size swimming pool in nearby Pahoa, the quaint town of Pahoa with farmer's markets, restaurants, and exploring Hilo. It's great to come back to an ocean front house after a day of exploring!
