The Newport Avenue Lodge is a brand new custom built home with wonderful touches & craftsman details with beautiful hardwood floors in the living areas, and carpeted throughout the three bedrooms each with spacious king beds. The open floor plan is idea for small or large party for family gathering. Cozy up in front of the rock fireplace and watch a movie on the 42 inch LCD TV. The kitchen is open with plenty of counter room and adjacent to a sliding door to the deck equipped with patio furniture and gas BBQ grill. There’s two on-suite bedrooms and the master bathroom is a delightful retreat with a corner soaking tub, dual sinks, and a large separate shower. The loft is spacious and sun filled with a sitting area and the 17x 23 bonus room is equipped with a full size pool table w/ a ping pong topper, a queen bed, and a queen sleeper couch.
