 Ideally located in the center of the Ranch, this home has an unobstructed view of Aspen Lake from both levels. The bike path is only 50 yards from the house, and provides easy walking or biking to Ranch recreation centers. Ceramic tile floors accentuate the kitchen, entry and downstairs bath. The quality furnishings and decor are inviting and comfortable. Upscale lighting is available in all rooms for comfortable reading. The kitchen has updated and coordinated appliances, as well as Silestone quartz countertops. The dining area is part of the living room, and adjacent to the kitchen, with a pass-through. It seats six people. The living room features a rock fireplace and digital TV/DVR/VCR. Picture windows toward Aspen Lake provide added entertainment with the local wildlife. Access to the deck is off the dining room. The deck is perfect for outdoor living with Brown Jordan table and chairs and a propane BBQ. There are two bedrooms downstairs: A King bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The King room has deck access. There is a full bath with Silestone quartz counters and upscale lighting. A stacked washer and dryer is in the hall. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a Queen. It has its own TV/VCR and a 3/4 bath with tiled shower. Peaceful, scenic views of Aspen Lake prevail.

• If your reservation is during the week, Sunday through Thursday, there is no minimum night stay for full-service accommodations.

• Hotel-style rooms are located within the Lodge Condo Complex near the Lodge. Minimum stays may be required seasonally.

• Extended stays 31 nights or longer will receive a 10% discount on the entire stay. There is no State or County room tax required for extended stays.

• Check-in time is after 4pm.

• Check-out time is by 11am.

• Unauthorized late check-outs will be billed for an additional night.

• No extensions are granted for a late check-out in July & August and during some Holidays.

• Our cancellation policy is year-round, non-seasonal.

• Reservations cancelled 45+ days of your arrival = $50 processing fee.

• Cancellations between 45-30 days of arrival = 50% refund of advance deposit.

• Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival = forfeit deposit.

• Early Departures and No Shows: No Refunds.
