Amenities & Description: This cabin is well cared for and the décor is upscale. The living room has newer furnishings and a TV/DVD. There are tiled floors and updated appliances and furnishings. It is a cozy retreat with a fireplace, washer and dryer. For all the amenities of a townhouse nestled in the woods on a small lake, this is a perfect and quiet retreat. There is a bonus TV room with deck access for a private get-away! Downstairs: There is a television room with access to the deck and view of Aspen Lake. The second room has two cozy twin beds, with a full bathroom located between these two rooms. Upstairs: There is a queen bed and a ¾ bathroom.

This cabin has a view of Aspen Lake, and is located near the Paulina pool and bike paths. Downstairs: This level includes the kitchen, dining, and living room, which is a shared Great Room-type area. The hall has a stack washer and dryer and one full bathroom. One of the two downstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and sliding glass door with access to the deck. The other bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds. Upstairs: There’s a master bedroom with a queen bed and a ¾ bathroom. This home has recently updated its flooring throughout. The appliances are newer and coordinated. This home is located in a quiet area of the Ranch, and is at the center of recreational facilities.

The bike path is only 50 yards from the house, and provides easy walking or biking to Ranch recreation centers. Ceramic tile floors accentuate the kitchen, entry and downstairs bath. The quality furnishings and decor are inviting and comfortable. Upscale lighting is available in all rooms for comfortable reading. The kitchen has updated and coordinated appliances, as well as Silestone quartz countertops. The dining area is part of the living room, and adjacent to the kitchen, with a pass-through. It seats six people. The living room features a rock fireplace and digital TV/DVR/VCR. Picture windows toward Aspen Lake provide added entertainment with the local wildlife. Access to the deck is off the dining room. The deck is perfect for outdoor living with Brown Jordan table and chairs and a propane BBQ. There are two bedrooms downstairs: A King bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The King room has deck access. There is a full bath with Silestone quartz counters and upscale lighting. A stacked washer and dryer is in the hall. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a Queen. It has its own TV/VCR and a 3/4 bath with tiled shower. Peaceful, scenic views of Aspen Lake prevail.
