There is a maximum of 7 cars and 16 guests at the Beachfront Lodge (including any visitors). Kids love the magic of the secret attic and window box seats for games or reading. The king master suite (THE LOFT) is a separate floor in the house perched above the ocean. It has its own kitchen unit, private deck, large bath. Colorful kites are always in view from the large picket fenced yard with GAZEBO and BRICK PATIO overlooking the surf (perfect for croquet tournaments). SEPARATE CIGAR COTTAGE, Heated and vented with VCR and cozy furnishings. Now has WIFI!

Rate Summary

Standard Rate: $199.00 - $450.00

Minimum Night Requirements:  
 
June through October: Do not leave 1 night open between bookings. Please call for exceptions
July and August: Ocean front homes subject to a 5 night minimum (unless filling in a gap)
Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, and other holidays subject to minimum night requirements
Weekends: When checking in or out on a Saturday (Splitting the Weekend) 2 nights will be charged the weekend rate. Your Quote will not reflect the correct total
NOTE: One night charged immediately and balance charged 30 days prior to stay.
