Follow a gentle slope from the parking spot down to the entry of this one level, two-bedroom home. There's a nice open lawn and a new deck--a great spot for sunning and dining and grilling on a small charcoal BBQ.

You will be dazzled by the view from the spacious, open living room. The living room has comfortable love seats near the wood-burning fireplace, a great dinning room table, and the living room is so big, it even has a day beds tucked into a corner.

The kitchen is huge for a beach house. You could get some serious cooking and serious baking done in this space. This is a romantic hide-away for two, or a great spot for four with two in the queen bed and two sleeping in single beds in the second bedroom. There's an updated bath and laundry room off the bedroom.

For an older home (the owner even joked that we could call it "That 70s Place") it is sparkling clean and really comfortable. The 70's surprise is a striped carpet (to be replaced after a year or two) and a fitted orange day-bed cover. Orange is coming back, did you know? |

Enjoy the southside open deck with cookouts on the gas BBQ. Gaze at everlasting waves breaking on the beach or snug up beside the wood-burning fireplace with a good book or glass of wine. The very comfortable kitchen-living-dining great room has a vaulted ceiling. TV watchers have their own separate area in a downstairs room with an additional table for games or puzzles.

Beach Links is a really comfortable home on the charming 9-hole Manzanita Golf Course.

From the deck off the master bedroom, you can watch the activity on the first fairway - screened by beach pines so you also have your privacy. Beside the deck is a grassy area where children might play. There is wonderful, comfortable deck furniture so you can enjoy relaxing or dining outside.

Inside, the home is spacious with a fantastic great room and cathedral ceilings. The comfortable living area is a cozy setting surrounding the pellet stove.

It has a modern, open kitchen that serves as a gathering point. Lots of cooks are welcome in this kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bath, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. An additional sleeper sofa in the living room expands the home to sleep 6.

The garage is a great spot to put your surfboards and beach toys.

The golf course clubhouse is a stones throw away. The beach is located 3 easy blocks away - a comfortable walk through the neighborhood. You will also find the Manzanita City Park with swings, merry-go-round, sandbox, picnic tables, and tennis courts just a shortcut away. |
