Beach Links is a really comfortable home on the charming 9-hole Manzanita Golf Course.

From the deck off the master bedroom, you can watch the activity on the first fairway - screened by beach pines so you also have your privacy. Beside the deck is a grassy area where children might play. There is wonderful, comfortable deck furniture so you can enjoy relaxing or dining outside.

Inside, the home is spacious with a fantastic great room and cathedral ceilings. The comfortable living area is a cozy setting surrounding the pellet stove.

It has a modern, open kitchen that serves as a gathering point. Lots of cooks are welcome in this kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bath, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. An additional sleeper sofa in the living room expands the home to sleep 6.

The garage is a great spot to put your surfboards and beach toys.

The golf course clubhouse is a stones throw away. The beach is located 3 easy blocks away - a comfortable walk through the neighborhood. You will also find the Manzanita City Park with swings, merry-go-round, sandbox, picnic tables, and tennis courts just a shortcut away. |
