Beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom 3500 square foot house in Sunriver's quiet Northside area.  Sleeps 16.  Close to bike paths, the north pool, easy walk to North end store and Woodlands Golf Course.

This house has 3 king size bedrooms, one queen, and a great room for the kids with two pyramid style futon bunk beds which both have a full size bed on the bottom and twin on top.  2 queen size hide-a-beds, and a full size futon in the living room, pool room, and den respectively.  The first 4 bedrooms all have private bathrooms, the bathroom for the kids room is right next to it.

Huge kitchen with lots of utensils and pots and pans, very nice dining area with custom dining table that has custom built table extensions making it possible to seat 16 at once.  Master bedroom has extra spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub for two, slate and granite throughout and awesome walk in slate and glass block shower.  All other bathrooms have tile floors and granite counters, as well as showers.

Bikes (including a Univega Tandem bike), pool table, poker table, hot tub, 6 TVs, gas grill and patio furniture, cable TV and free wireless internet are all included.

This is a great house for big groups - it's not one of the many small Sunriver properties that have 4 or more tiny bedrooms crammed into 2000 or 2500 square feet.  This house is an honest 3500 square feet and has plenty of space for everyone.

$150 cleaning charge regardless of length of stay, discounts available for 1 week and longer reservations.  We can accept all common forms of payment - credit or debit card, cash, check or paypal.

Awbrey Lane #3, 1,927 square feet, is conveniently located near Fort Rock Park and Tennis Hill. This single level home features vaulted ceilings, 2 gas fireplaces, a hot tub and a private deck that opens to a wooded area. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides sleeping for up to 8 people. There are many extras here, including air conditioning, wireless Internet access, as well as a foosball table, pool table and ping-pong table in the solarium. Master suite has a king bed, gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub, private access to hot tub and deck. Second bedroom has queen with TV, thrid bedroom has a double and set of bunk beds.

5 Belknap is located conveniently to the Woodland Golf Course, North Pool and North store. This professionally decorated Executive home provides two master suites.
